                     1.      Midwest Plains report, marketing, communications, coaching / umpiring

                              certification, web site,  bat rule goes into effect in 2018 and Hall of Fame.

                     2.      Individual trophies for 2019 and beyond.

         B.      District Commissioners.

         C.      Secretary / Treasurer.

                     1.      Wells Fargo checking account balance - $13,500.17.

                     2.      Approve 2017 financial report.

                     3.      Scheels trophy sponsorship.

        A.      State Tournaments.

                     1.      2018 host sites.

                     2.      Registration deadline.

         B.      Midwest Plains Tournaments.

                     1.      2018 – Bismarck - 16-18 report.

         C.      Assignments, contracts and rotation schedule.

        D.      Invitational tournaments.
